This entails very easy access to the slopes (free shuttle available throughout the neighborhood), as well as, other amenities provided through Northstar Property Owners Association (pool, spa, tennis, fitness center).

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.
  • Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
  • Please note that during the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable
  • This home does not have AC.
  • There is construction going on nearby, so it may be noisy at times.
  • A parking pass will be available for guest use. On-street parking is prohibited.
