About The Area

• For skiing and snowboarding, Heavenly is only a 10-15 minute drive away. Sierra at Tahoe is a great option for smaller crowds and lower prices. There's also a snow-tubing area on the way.
• Fallen Leaf Lake is our personal favorite for swimming, kayaking, and picnics. The best way to get there is through Fallen Lake
• Campground (Day-use parking permits are ~$10).
• To escape the crowds in town, head to Baldwin Beach on Lake Tahoe.
• Enjoy lakeside activities in town around El Dorado beach and shopping around Stateline.
• In the summer, take the gondola up to Heavenly for great views
• Adults can enjoy gambling and casino fun in Nevada.

• Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
• Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.
• Up to 4 cars can park onsite.
• Parking space is available for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars outside.
• No street parking allowed.
• Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.
