• No smoking is allowed on the premises. Violations will incur a $300 fee and potential liability for damages.
• Pets are permitted, with a limit of 2 pets. Prior approval is required, and a fee applies. Unauthorized pets can lead to a $500 fine per pet.
• Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will result in fines.
• Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No amplified sound outside, and indoor sound shouldn't be audible at the property line. Noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
• Guests must dispose of trash at a local dumpsite per the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if trash is left.
