To promote the health and safety of our guests, we’ve created new cleaning processes that go above and beyond the current VRMA SafeHome guidelines. In addition to our already stringent cleanliness standards, we’ve now introduced extra steps.

Contactless check-ins
If you’re worried about picking up your villa keys, then don’t be. We’ve introduced contactless check-ins at thousands of our vacation homes around the globe. Using digital keycodes and the latest technology you can now check in and out without the need to interact with check-in staff.
Training and PPE
For their own protection and for the wellbeing of our guests, our employees are provided with (and expected to wear) face masks and gloves when in our homes. Frequent hand sanitizing and appropriate social distancing is observed – and if an employee shows symptoms of Covid-19 or other infectious diseases, they will not be allowed to work.
Personally inspected homes
After cleaning, we personally inspect every home to ensure it meets our enhanced standards prior to a guest’s arrival. Guests can simply arrive, relax and enjoy total peace of mind.
Virtual support
We want our guests to enjoy the best possible stay in their vacation homes. With that in mind, we now offer a new virtual meet-and-greet service via Zoom. You’ll also enjoy round-the-clock access to our virtual support team, who can offer assistance remotely.
Extras
Take full advantage of your stay by letting us arrange deliveries of everything from cleaning essentials to gourmet foods. All homes also include a convenient starter pack containing basic amenities like paper towels, toilet rolls and cleaning supplies.
Flexible cancellation
Our new flexible cancellation policies are designed to give you extra peace of mind when planning ahead. Book selected Top Villas properties and you can reschedule or cancel your stay for any reason, even if you’re due to check in soon.
