Villa Kimia

Villa Kimia is located outside the charming Baroque town of Acireale, in an area renowned for agriculture and the cultivation of citrus fruits. Although located in a residential area, the house is surrounded by greenery in a peaceful quiet setting. The owners run a farm here specialising in organic pink grapefruit. The organic philosophy extends to the house designed by the owners who have preferred alternative energy. It lies between the sea and the slopes of Etna on a gentle decline at a height of 90 m, with the property enjoying the view of Etna with the sun setting behind it. The lands bordering Etna are fertile and the house boasts a land rich in citrus fruits, plants and aromatic herbs that fill the evenings with pleasant Sicilian scents. The house is a new structure built in 2006 on two floors with air-conditioned bedrooms, an independent kitchen and a big living area with large windows that open onto the garden with a large lawn and pergolas equipped with a dining table, barbecue and sofas. Surrounded by greenery is the fully-equipped swimming pool.
