Met all expectations
I don't normally participate in giving or reading reviews but I thought I'd jump in and give this property and the folks at Topvillas their just reward for a job well done. The whole process has been a real pleasurer. This house makes a great first impression, it met most of the expectations in the "wow factor" department. Nothing is over stated in the depiction of the property however it could definitely use a bit of a face lift. The carpeting throughout the house is showing it's age as are most of the painted surfaces and in my opinion needs to be replaced in order for this property to be truly outstanding. I'm a little bit obsessive compulsive when it comes to "neat and tidy" so please keep that in mind. Over all cleanliness, although it did have a few issues regarding cobwebs and dust in hard to reach places, was not bad. The pool and the patio area was in very good shape and plays a big roll the overall enjoyment of the property. Service was outstanding, we had a coffee maker that did not work on the evening we got there but was replaced by the next morning. All other important amenities in this house such as air-conditioning, whirl pool, hot water, lighting, fans, alarms, door locks, internet, modem speed all worked flawlessly through out our stay. On the other hand we all found that the period style furnishings in most of the master bedrooms were not suited as dressers and night stands. Although our stay was for business purposes ( about a 25 minute drive each day to Convention Center) I can see how the close proximity to all of the theme parks would make this property a big hit for families with kids. But the real bonus of this property is in its tremendous value, dollar for dollar it's one hell of bang for your buck. I can't see how anybody would be disappointed.

Very Clean
Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool was well tended to. The kitchen was more than well stocked enough to cook for a group. I especially appreciated the large crockpot.
