This vacation home is hard to beat with a unique floor plan that can accommodate a large group or 2 full families.This property features two living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 full bedrooms, laundry facilities and best of all an amazing location. The home has an ideal location in north Clearwater Beach, just steps from the sand. You have a partial beach view from the front porch and great beach proximity, just two houses away.

As an alternative to your usual hotel stay, this beautiful vacation home is furnished with all of the amenities of home while maintaining many of the same benefits you find in a hotel, with wifi service, towels and linens, laundry, private swimming pool and easy on-site check-in just to name a few!

This great beach house features a spacious family suite which offers a Queen size bed and a full bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features two Queen size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Third bedroom features a Queen size bed. Third bathroom is located in the hallway with easy access from the living and dining area. Living room also has a sofa bed. Each bedroom has a smart tv. This beach property accomodates a total of 12-14 guests.

The first living space is located in the middle of the house and it features a sofa with two accent chairs and a flat screen tv. Second living space is located in the back of the house and is open to the dining area, it features two brand new comfortable sofas and a flat screen tv.

You will find the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful white backsplash, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vent hood and beautiful cabinets. The dining area has coastal finishes with a custom butcher block dining table that seats 12 guests total. Dining table has enough space for everyone to enjoy their meal.

Important details: Driveway allows for 2-3 cars and street is free parking - first come, first serve Pets may be allowed at an extra cost of $135 + tax Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day - up to 85 degrees Exterior security cameras (2). one faces the driveway and second one faces the street
