Located just across the street from the bright blue waters of the glistening Gulf; this home features 3 levels and sleeps up to 6 vacationers! Being just off the coast of Anna Maria you can find yourself within walking distance to anything you may need. The island has many equipment rental companies giving you access to more suitable and convenient transportation to get around the island. Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive down the beach depending on what you're hungry for. The Garage is not accessible to park or use, but there are 2 spots available in front of the unit for parking. This home is section A of the Duplex putting you directly off Gulf Dr. This home is located only minutes from shops, restaurants, and equipment rentals making it well situated for any activity you plan to endure on your next Florida vacation.

Bedrooms

The first floor floor offers one bedroom with 2 double beds.
The upper deck is dedicated to the master bedroom as well as an outside patio overlooking Anna Maria Island, a view that will always bring a smile.
Inside one of the bedroom closets, you will find a washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean at your own convenience.

Living areas

Upon entering the home, you will walk up a set of stairs bringing you to the first living floor of this home.
This floor features the living room with a large flat-screen TV and plentiful seating, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishware, and a full bathroom.
In the side yard, there is plenty room to store all your beach equipment.
An outdoor shower is included to reduce the sand you track inside.
