The third and final floor include access to the observatory which provides far-reaching views of the Caribbean sea, atop tower, great room gallery and sundeck which can also be used as a heli-pad. All floors are can be accessed via an elevator. Outside highlights include a private pool, hot tub, sunloungers, veranda, terrace, outdoor kitchen, alfresco dining area with table and chairs, outdoor lounge area, expansive landscaped gardens, a tennis and pickleball court and access to your very own private beach.
