Description

Located within the Royal Westmoreland golf estate, this charming split-level 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has enough space to sleep up to 6 guests. You will find an open-plan living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen and immaculate bedrooms. Outside, you can enjoy the sea views from your secluded terrace complete with comfortable seating and an alfresco dining area.

This home comes with Social Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities with the exception of the golf course (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January). Tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable. Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.
