- Adherence to local outdoor lighting, quiet hours (9 pm-8 am), and party policies is mandatory, with fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Follow Riverside County’s strict “no burn” civil code; wood-burning fires are prohibited.
- Bedroom 2 can only be accessed through the Primary Bedroom.
- Minimum booking age is 25 years old.
- No loud noise after 9 pm.

- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a maximum temperature of 104°F for safety reasons.
