- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Occupancy limits and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Violation of noise policies can result in fines up to $10,000.
- No speakers or sound systems are permitted for use.
