• NOTE: Per Tahoe regulations, the maximum occupancy for this property is 16 guests. The ordinance restricts occupancy of short-term rentals to 2 people per bedroom, with an additional 2 people allowed to stay in the house. These limits on occupancy take effect at 10:00 PM daily.
