- Please send us your dog's breed and age for consideration. We will request a $100 cleaning & companion fee per pet and ask you to agree to the pet rules.
- Please note that pool & spa service is every Tuesday and Friday between 11am-3pm. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard.
- No smoking or burning candles.
- Please note that pool heat is not included. Please inquire about the additional energy costs for pool heat if you'd like it heated.
- Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss.
Neighborhood
Half of the property is gated and very private while the other half is open wild desert. Right out your door you will be surrounded by Cooper mountains. The dirt roads and trails, in our neighborhood Monument Manor, are ideal for long scenic safe walks. You may hear horses while staying at the property from a near by horse rescue ranch. At night while tucked in bed listen to the yelping coyotes. Monument Manor is the closest neighborhood to Joshua Tree's Park entrance and it's at the highest elevation in Joshua Tree.
