The house, recently renovated with style and elegance, combines materials of Tuscan tradition, like terracotta, wood, sandstone, marble and the ceramics of nearby Montelupo, already famous at the time of the Medici, with the good taste ot the owner, creating one of the most beautiful houses in the area. The structure, on two floors, is totally air conditioned ,have charming bedrooms ,bathrooms adorned with mosaics and washbasins of unique shape carved out of marble, cosy living areas, a garden with gazebo for outdoor living and a uniquely-shaped pool with a view over the fortress. Few steps from the house and the pool is the ex-barn, finely restored with a TV room and living room for unforgettable evenings. The porch next the ex-barn has a tennis table. The strategic position of this property allows quick, easy trips to the main tourist attractions like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Siena as well as to the Tyrhennian coast with its renowned golden beaches and the top spot, Forte dei Marmi.
