This newly renovated penthouse condo offers ski-in, ski-out access to Park City Mountain in the Silver Star community, a mid-mountain resort with a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, private locker room and front desk service. Please be advised that the Silver Star lift is operated by Park City Resort and access is not guaranteed. Lift operations are dependent on weather and resort staffing.
Ideal for guests who want front-row access to year-round recreation with the amenities of a village, the resort also has an on-site trailhead for hiking and mountain biking, an on-site cafe, and a year-round sport shop.
Park City 112, a single-level retreat with close-up mountain views, welcomes guests to an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, new decor and walls of windows. Designed for relaxation, the sitting area has a plush full-length sofa, twin leather armchairs, and a window-side chaise lounge for cozy evenings around the gas fireplace or a movie on the large-screen TV.
Steps away, a banquette-style family table seats 7 guests for dinner or lively game nights. Three stools at the breakfast bar add room for larger groups. Cook with Viking appliances in the gourmet kitchen, or fire up the gas grill on the furnished deck just off the living area.
After a busy day, unwind in the home's private hot tub.
Three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath, comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends.
Guests also have a common half-bath and private laundry room for convenience.
