This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom waterfront property is made up of a carriage house and cottage, when combined there is enough traditional living space to sleep up to 16 guests. The main house features open concept living, dining, and kitchen with unbeatable views of Copano Bay. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, spacious granite counter tops, and is stocked with everything you need to cook almost any meal. The dining table has seating for 7 and there is extra seating at the bar for 2. The living room has 2 over sized comfy sofas with built in recliners. A great spot to gather for movie night or the big game! There are three bedrooms. The master features a king bed and has an attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There is a large Jack and Jill style bathroom shared by the second and third bedrooms. The huge balcony and upper deck offer ample seating and a wonderful place to take in the scenery and enjoy the cool bay breeze. The cottage also has great views of the bay. Inside you will find dining for 4, a cozy sofa, and a kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, and a full size refrigerator. The bedroom features 2 sets of bunks beds. The first is a twin over a queen, the second is a queen over queen. The shared bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. Be sure to watch for the dolphin frolicking in the bay.
