This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beautiful Guadalupe River front home can accommodate up to 14 people. It has three bedrooms with king sized beds and one room with a queen. Additional sleeping for 6 with sofa sleepers. Everything you need to make lasting wonderful memories is in this large house on the river. Offering free access to Wi-Fi and a smart TV since we know you need some of the pleasures from back home. This home has 2 kitchens, each has it's own connected dining area and breakfast bar which together seats 14. High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths. BBQ pit available for use as well as two kayaks. Walking distance to the River Hofbrau restaurant. There is a fire pit (fire wood not provided.) This property is down river from the historic Faust St. Bridge and immediately down river from the IH 35 public boat ramp only 1 minute off Hwy I 35. It is up river from Lake Dunlap.
