- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Bringing undisclosed pets without approval incurs a fine of $500 per pet.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Occupancy limits and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- No events or parties are allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay and is subject to an additional fee.
- An outdoor wood firepit is available, but firewood is not provided.
- A maximum of 4-5 cars can park on the driveway. No street parking is allowed.
