- No smoking inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced.
- No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided or allowed for use at the property. Violation of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.

- The gas fireplace is available on the main floor living room.
- An outdoor wood firepit is located out front; firewood is not provided.
- The property includes a hot tub, but usage is at guests' own risk.
