House Rules

• No smoking inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• Pets are allowed but must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

Use of Amenities

• The pool is available between mid-May and mid-September.
• The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use.
