- No smoking inside the property. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- No pets allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, a fine of $500 per pet will be assessed.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided or allowed.
- Adherence to noise ordinances is required; violations can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested 24 hours in advance and is a paid feature; spa heat is complimentary.
- Property access includes a narrow, winding staircase down to the pool and theater room.
- External maintenance vendors may visit; guests should ensure vendors adhere to safety standards.
