- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- No pets allowed. Bringing an undisclosed pet will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances could result in fines up to $10,000.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book the property.
