• No smoking inside the property; violation will result in a $300 fee and liability for any fire or property damage.
• Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• No pets allowed; undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
• No street parking; the driveway accommodates 4 - 5 cars.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond bed count with trifold floor mattresses and linens available upon request.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is not available between April 1st and October 1st.
• No live TV; only streaming apps are available for guests to sign into.

Fines and Penalties

• Unauthorized parties or events will be fined.
• Violation of no-smoking policy results in a $300 fee.
• Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
• Noise ordinance violations are subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation.
