• No smoking inside the property. Violating this policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
• No exterior lights after 10 pm; close blinds on all beach-facing windows during Sea Turtle hatching season (May 1 - Oct 31).
• Service animals are allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Parties or events are not permitted without written approval; unauthorized events will incur fines.
• No live TV; only streaming apps are available.
• No parking on any street, shoulder, or landscaped area. Violators will be towed.
• No RVs, boats, golf carts, or vehicles larger than a standard pickup truck or van are allowed except in an enclosed garage.

Use of Amenities

• This home does not offer pool heating.
• 2nd level fireplace is currently non-functional.
• Pack n' play travel crib is available; a high chair can be provided upon request.
