This home is a three bedroom, single story detached villa with stunning views across the countryside and out to sea from its picturesque location in the Vale de Parra resort.The villa has two double bedrooms and one twin room, all with Air conditioning; two of the bedrooms have patio doors that open out onto opposite sides of the poolside terrace.There is a mature lawned garden, an impressive private swimming pool, natural shade in the garden, a built-in barbecue, outdoor shower and plenty of furniture and sunloungers; making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Portuguese weather at its finest. The village of Guia famous for the Chicken Piri-Piri is a must experience whilst some of the best beaches in the Algarve are within only a 10 minute drive.

Changeover Days: Usual day is Saturdays. Mid-May - Mid-September is fixed, flexible at any other times.
