• Parties or events require prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home.

Use of Amenities

• Due to a local Burn Ban, no open fires or flames, including propane fire pits and tables, are allowed until further notice.
• No private trash collection is available; guests need to use the community compactor.

Parking
