House Rules

• This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
• No pets are allowed, with the exception of service animals. A fine of $500 per pet applies for any undisclosed pet.
• Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. Noise violations may incur fines up to $10,000.

Use of Amenities

• The pool is not available for guest use from October 1st to May 31st.
• The air conditioning should not be set below 74 degrees for extended periods.
• The upstairs area is equipped with portable AC units for use in the summer.
• Firewood is not provided; guests should bring their own.

Events

• Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down with a fine assessed.
