- No smoking inside the property; violation will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Pets are allowed but must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced.
- No external speakers or sound systems allowed, with fines up to $10,000 for noise ordinance violations.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and requires a two-day minimum.
- Two kayaks and two oars are provided per unit.
Parking
- Each unit’s driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars, with a maximum of 24 cars across the property.
- No street parking or parking on the grass allowed.
Damage Protection
- A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan covers accidental damage or loss up to $2000. This does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets.
