Accessibility

It is very easy to access the home, via only paved roads, and close to downtown Marshall. The home affords year round access, does not require 4-wheel drive, and is not off any steep rural mountain roads; easily accessible to downtown Asheville.

• This swimming pool is open seasonally, from approximately mid-May through mid-September, depending on weather.
• Events are allowed at this property for up to 150 guests.
• ALL Events will have fees associated with hosting an Event, and determined/finalized once a guest head-count is shared. The Event Fee will be assessed outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs.
