Elegant, sumptuous, refined, Villa Milani represents the classic 20th century Umbrian residence. Located on a hill, among the most beautiful facing Spoleto, characterised by the unmistakable features of the Umbrian landscape and with a breathtaking view towards the city and the Ponte delle Torri. In this beautiful residence you can abandon yourself to the tranquillity of the garden from the panoramic terrace or dive into the swimming pool with whirlpool area. The interior is the result of a choice of style that has magnificently united old and modern, combining fine furnishings with accessories of contemporary design, creating an evocative atmosphere thanks to the paintings, the numerous medieval and classic-inspired decorations that animate the walls, the precious carpets, the period furniture, the marble staircase and the imposing Murano chandeliers. For further comfort, all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The splendid 2-hectare garden contains numerous plants, tall trees, an olive grove and flowers typical of the area.
