A characteristic rural house in stone, skilfully restored in respect of the characteristics of the time, using typical materials such as stone, marble and terracotta without however renouncing modern comforts. The property includes a portico with a dining area and a swimming pool with relaxation areas. Its position, surrounded by greenery, in Filetto just a few minutes from the town of Villafranca in Lunigiana, guarantees maximum privacy but, at the same time, allows you to visit many towns such as Carrara, Cinque Terre, Pontremoli, Lucca, Pisa and Florence, all easily and quickly reachable.
