The annex has a gym and table tennis. The external eating areas are equipped with barbecue and pizza oven. The property is also equipped with a playground for children, a private pool and a jacuzzi tub. The historic city center of Arezzo, famous for its artists and their art pieces, is only located at 9 Km and it is reachable within a few minutes' drive. Also, not far away from the property, there are the motorway and a train station which will allow you to easily reach and discover the beautiful surroundings of both Tuscany and Umbria (Siena, Florence, Cortona, Sansepolcro, Perugia, and many other cities). On a separate wing of the property, with independent and private garden, live the owners, who will be at disposal for any requirements of the guests.
