The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. Sun Valley 13 is one of nine Colonnade Luxury condos and has a seamless blend of sophistication and elegance with a panoramic view of Bald Mountain. Sun Valley 13 offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with an open floor plan. The heated one-car garage has ski racks available for storage of your skis and boots.

There will be ongoing street and infrastructure construction summer 2024 into Fall. There may be loud noise, dust and negative impacts to outdoor space during this time. The impacts may be experienced inside and outside the home. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.
