• Smoking is prohibited within the property. Any violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
• All guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times while on the property. A fee of $25 will be charged for each lost or missing wristband.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided, and violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

Use of Amenities

• Only starter amenities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent, are provided. Guests will need to purchase additional supplies.

Parking

• One vehicle is allowed in the covered parking garage.
• A HOA registration fee of $40 is required for each vehicle.
• Parking is not allowed in spaces 313-436 or on the 3rd floor.
• If the garage is full, public parking is available one block east on Churchwell.
