The options for entertainment are endless, as this home features a themed entertainment loft and private movie theater room. Upstairs you will step into your own in-home Irish Bar, where even the little ones can hang out! You can enjoy a game of pool or watch sports on the SMART T.V. Downstairs, you will find the movie theater room with 6 leather reclining seats, large projection screen, PS5 and XBOX gaming system. Enjoy the Florida sunshine just by stepping outside onto the beautiful, fully private patio deck area. You and your family will love spending time by the deck, whether it's to enjoy a dinner prepared in the outside built-in BBQ, swimming in the large pool with hot tub, or sunbathing overlooking the gorgeous surrounding area. After a long day of fun, you will have 5 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The villa features three master suites for the adults to chose from. The kids will have the option of picking from two custom themed bedrooms. This home is situated just 6 miles from Disney World in the prestigious Reunion Resort, where you will benefit from a host of fantastic amenities which have been provided to make your stay memorable. These include the Reunion Grande Hotel with its lively bars and restaurants, 2 Clubhouses, a fantastic waterpark^ complete with lazy river and beach bar, 6 communal pools, a Spa, a tennis complex^ and three signature-designed golf courses^. ^Please note certain amenities will require Reunion Resort membership, please ask your sales agent for further details.

As a frequent visitor at Reunion in Kissimmee, FL, over the years, my family and I have experienced varied types of accommodations at this resort. We love it here, and this last reservation through Top Villas did not disappoint! The home was clean, comfortable and provided all the amenities we needed or wanted. I was particularly appreciative of how they accommodated our request at the last moment to add an additional night's stay, as we were having such a good time, we didn't want to leave! Thank you, Top Villas, for maintaining the same quality of service that Reunion has been known for!

Our stay in Orlando booked through TopVillas was excellent. Not only was the house just what we looked for, but also the services from TopVillas were very professional: from confirmation to payment, adding additional services and checking in and out, all was seamless. The assistants can be easily reached by phone 24/7, they are extremely helpful. Plus the web page is also done very well, you always have a transparent overview of where you are in the booking process.
