Overall a great experience from start to finish. Helpful, informative, and professional concierge service to ease the planning and preparation for a large family gathering of 18 people for 1 week at a truly "grand" house. This was a vacation stay enjoyed by all (kids and adults) as the villa had something for everyone and a lot of items to be enjoyed collectively. The house was immaculate and provided wonderful spaces for such a large group. We have historically "consumed" hotels with our large group vacations but this provided so much more for everyone, it has altered our outlook for the next family vacation. The house and it's amenities impressed us all. A great place to stay !

Our stay at Bears Den 1500 in Reunion Resort was an experience of unparalleled luxury and comfort. From the moment we arrived, the high-end ambiance was evident, complete with the signature scent that embodies a five-star hotel atmosphere. The accommodations were nothing short of extraordinary. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on, ensuring restful nights after days filled with activities. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings of the home was remarkable, blending elegance with coziness in a way that made us feel pampered and at ease. The entertainment options within Bears Den 1500 were exceptional. The games room was a hit with both adults and children, offering a range of activities that kept everyone engaged. The cinema room provided a private theater experience, perfect for winding down with a favorite movie in the evenings. The outdoor area was a highlight of our stay. The pool was stunning, offering a refreshing oasis for relaxation and fun. We spent countless hours enjoying the sun, taking in the beautiful surroundings, and appreciating the meticulous landscaping that added to the serene atmosphere. Reunion Resort itself enhanced our experience significantly. The water park was a fantastic addition, offering thrilling slides and a lazy river that provided fun for all ages. Dining at the Grande Hotel lobby bar was a culinary delight, and we particularly enjoyed the exquisite sushi that was served. The quality and variety of food, combined with the elegant setting, made for memorable dining experiences. Overall, our stay at Bears Den 1500 was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and the superb facilities of Reunion Resort created an unforgettable vacation.
