This cosy 4-bedroom villa can sleep up to sleep 8 guests and is ideally located just a short drive from Disney. Inside offers an open-plan living and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating. Outside you will find a private pool with hot tub, sunloungers and an alfresco dining area. This home is situated in the Emerald Island Resort, a prestigious gated community, just minutes from the main gate at Disney World. Set in over 300 acres of land, this resort offers a fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a communal pool with a spa and beautiful nature trails. Guests seeking a more active holiday will benefit from access to the communal gym, multiple sports courts and three different children's play areas.

Please note: Regarding parking, please be aware that it is managed by Emerald Island Resort. All guests are required to pay a Resort Access Fee of $20 per vehicle, which includes a parking pass and access to the community center. Additionally, there is a mandatory minimum charge of one Resort Access Fee per reservation, even if no vehicles are used.
