House Rules

• No smoking inside the property; violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• No pets allowed; only service animals are permitted with proper documentation.
• No events or parties without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
• Occupancy limits, including infants, must be observed.
• Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• No speakers or sound systems are provided or allowed to be used at the property.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Note that pool heat is not available between April 1 and October 31.
• The property features a saltwater pool.
• The home is on a monthly pest control schedule but be aware that insects and local wildlife may still be present.
• Off-street parking is available.

Additional Conditions

• Violating the no-smoking policy will result in specific penalties.
