• Do not flush wipes down the toilet. If you use wipes, you'll be fined $1500 for any plumbing repairs.
• No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
• No loud music after 9PM.
• There's a security camera in the back of the property for security purposes only.
