With over 400 miles of canals, this beautiful coastal location offers a huge range of activities to suit the whole family; visitors can enjoy stunning beaches, multiple nature reserves and a variety of sporting pursuits.

Located in Florida, on the gulf of Mexico, Cape Coral is known as a ‘Waterfront Wonderland’ and has more canals than any other city in the world. This coastal town offers a variety of Gulf beaches within 15 miles, including the beautiful Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. The area is known for a wide variety of wildlife, including burrowing owls, waterfowl, gopher tortoises, dolphins, reptiles and manatees. With plenty of parks, ecological preserves and walking trails it is the ideal location for any nature enthusiast. Visitors to the area can enjoy an array of activities including golf, cycling, fishing and sailing. Cape Harbour is a newly trending area of the city and offers plenty of different events throughout the year, as well as waterfront restaurants, local shops and a popular farmer’s market every Saturday.
We had an exceptionally good time at this property. The villa is on a canal without front neighbors so it’s very private. It is very well equipped with everything that you would need. Rooms are very spacious, and the outside area is great for doing BBQ. Highly recommended.
Loved Cape Coral 316-Exceptional in all ways-location is in a quiet neighborhood, good for walking or biking, close to grocery store's and the Marina. The home is lovely inside as well-clean and well managed. Only caveat is YOU pay for electricity during your stay and a $50 fee to use the outdoor grill (which was awesome and clean!). Would go again!
