Just outside of the community, you will find 3 nature preserves for walking, biking, sightseeing, and kayaking. Inside the unit you will find your very own vacation haven. The unit is located on the first floor and has an elevator as well as a private parking spot for you during your stay.

Bedrooms

• The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with sweeping views of Anna Maria Sound.
• This bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a 55" Smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in the front of the unit.
• Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and a 55" Smart TV, as well as an attached en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds, a pull-out trundle bed, and a bean bag chair that converts to a full-size sleeper for additional sleeping.
• An additional shared bathroom is located outside of this bedroom.

Living areas

• The main living space offers a fabulous open floor plan.
• A 65" flat-screen Smart TV can be found in the living area.
• The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.
• The formal dining areas seats 6 guests comfortably, with additional space for three found at the kitchen breakfast bar.
• Large sliding glass doors open completely to an enclosed lanai.

Margaritaville

The community offers a rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's play area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A marina with wet and dry storage is now open and available to keep your boat at for an additional fee during your stay!

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.
