Set on woodland grounds with close-up mountain views of Mount Royal, this 2-bedroom condo lies a 10-minute walk from restaurants, cafes and shops in the heart of Frisco. Walk to the Frisco Marina, cross-country ski trails and a disc golf course in just over 20 minutes.

After a day of adventure, return to a newly updated condo with stylish decor, hardwood floors and a wood-burning fireplace.

The two-level condo welcomes guests to an open-concept living area with soaring ceilings and skylights for added natural light. Glass doors lead to a private balcony with striking mountain views. In the living area an oversized loveseat, reading chair and two-seat cafe table offer plenty of room for movie nights on the large-screen TV, mounted above the cozy fireplace.

Just off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Four stools at the breakfast bar allow for sit-down meals.

Ideal for families, the home has two spacious suites and additional room for kids on the fold-out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has picture windows, hardwood furniture and an en-suite bathroom:

In the winter, you will have prime access to local Nordic ski rails and world-class downhill skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort, a 20-minute drive and Copper Mountain, a 10-minute drive.
