Its location in Toiny gives it the benefit of vast sea views, and its design - which allows both sides of its central living areas to be opened to the Caribbean breezes - is perfect for relaxed, indoor-outdoor living.
The luxury rental property is decorated in traditional St. Barth style, with high vaulted ceilings, woven artworks, and a minimalist color palette. It is an aesthetic that lets the ocean views speak for themselves. The open-concept layout gives it a feeling of comfort and space. Along with the indoor spaces, which can be closed off if guests prefer, Villa ETJ has a pool and lounge area in the front and a patio with a sitting area and grill in the back. The dining area is covered but can still be breezy. The three bedrooms are in the back on a second level, overlooking the patio. They are all next to one another and equal in size. Each one has an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, a European king-size bed, air-conditioning, and an HDTV with Apple TV.
