Set in the heights of Lurin, Villa 3H has a 300-degree panoramic view over St. Jean, all the way to Saline. It is especially magnificent at sunset. The interior is no less stunning. Every detail in Villa 3H is high-end and luxurious. The architect and designer made ample use of elegant materials, such as stone, marble, and precious woods. The lighting and furniture are all top-of-the-line, and it also has some outstanding amenities, such as two pools plus a hot tub, a gym, a cinema with motorized seats, and a protected tropical garden. The house is spread across two levels, with plenty of corners to relax in solitude or join others to socialize or do activities. You enter Villa 3H on the main level and find yourself in a spacious living room that is open on two sides, allowing sea breezes to waft through and vistas of the ocean and the garden to come into sight.
