Description

3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront villa with sandy views located on Flamands Beach.

One of St. Barth's most beautiful beaches is right at your feet when you stay at the newly built villa North Waves. Those waves nearly lap at your toes as you open the door and step outside, since the newly built villa is beachfront on Flamands Beach. It is a prime location that gives the luxury rental property privileged and private access to the beach.

Villa North Waves also gives its guests easy access to one of the finest hotels on the island. The famous Cheval Blanc-St-Barth Isle de France hotel is just a five minute walk away along the beach, and it is always a treat to sip a cocktail at its stylish bar or indulge in a treatment in its spa. The casual creole restaurant La Langouste is also a short walk away.

The front door opens into a gracious entrance hall, which leads to a large living room and a streamlined kitchen. These are separated by a kitchen island and a breakfast bar, a perfect spot to start the day with a light breakfast.

The main dining table is on the covered poolside terrace, along with a gas barbecue. In front of this terrace, there is the heated swimming pool, a garden with two parasols, and a deck with six sun loungers to admire the view of the Caribbean Sea.

Villa North Waves has three similarly and generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the upper floor, has a sea view, while the other two bedrooms - one by the master bedroom and one downstairs by the living room - overlook the green hills. Each of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom.

The house is fully air-conditioned and comes with a private parking space that can accommodate two vehicles. There is also a guest bathroom.
