Casa de Campo 23 is a wonderful 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom villa ideally located right on the oceanfront within the prestigious Casa de Campo Resort, close-by to all local amenities. Inside you will find a stylish open-plan living area which merges flawlessly into a classy dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. As well as this, six en-suite bedrooms all designed to allow plentiful natural light into the home through the floor-to-ceiling windows utilized perfectly throughout, and a media room with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas await guests of this home. Outside the property, an abundance of exterior spaces provide multiple downtime options. A covered terrace provides a casual alfresco dining area and an outdoor lounge area just outside the properties living room. From here you will see a gazebo with a more formal alfresco dining area and lounge area next to a staircase which leads to the stunning swimming pool, a selection of sunloungers, and comfortable bench-seating carved into the adjacent wall, covered by a parasol, which operates as a poolside lounge area. As the stairs reach the pool they become a wooden walkway cutting through hedges and leading through to the villa’s fire pit, which provides another cozy outdoor lounge area beside the property’s glass-fronted hot tub and daybeds. The Casa de Campo resort features 7,000 acres of upscale vacation homes, an impressive Marina, an artisan village, a la carte restaurants and a private beach. For those looking for an active holiday, there's plenty of choice with world-renowned golf courses, a tennis center, polo fields, an equestrian center, a water sports facility and a fitness center. The resort is located in the South-East of the Dominican Republic next to the lively city of La Romana and just 70 miles from the capital of Santo Domingo.
Please Note: Renovations and improvements are currently scheduled at the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog" to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year. This initiative will result in the golf course being closed during the mentioned months. During this period, work involving heavy machinery and personnel will be carried out daily from early morning to late afternoon. The resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise, as operations allow.
