hi Daniel, this is just a thank you note for all of your help along with Stacey, Lauren, Chelsea and others. Mary and I did arrive on the 14th, and on the 21st we moved to Elegant Treasure Beach for four days, and over that 11 days there were no real disappointments as we had good help all the way. There was the expected tests and restrictions but not anything more than what we expected. Daniel we had many conversations, and in the end you really stayed with the file and the result was a great holiday. Most communications were timely. I generally got quick responses to any questions I had. I wasn't thrilled about the added charge for using a credit card to pay the remaining balance. It feels a bit like topvillas is simply passing on a cost of doing business to the customer.
