Forest Hills 30 is a 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa great for small families looking for the ideal getaway in Barbados. The villa is bright and airy with a free-flowing design, high pickled white ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining and living areas that open out to the partially covered patio. Enjoy al fresco dining under the stars with views of the tropical gardens, picturesque lake and ocean beyond or an evening sundowner before heading out to the many five-star restaurants you can find along the coast.Beautifully furnished with tropical chic art and a relaxed flair, the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms can be found on the ground floor and both feature private patios, spacious en suite bathrooms and lots of closet space. The third bedroom is situated in a separate self-contained cottage at the entrance to the villa. With a small garden patio and kitchenette, this is an ideal space for visiting guests or grandparents looking for a little more privacy during their holiday in Barbados.

This home comes with Social Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities with the exception of the golf course (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January). Tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable. Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach (Hurricane Beryl)

Please be aware that due to damages sustained during Hurricane Beryl, Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach is closed indefinitely. Updates will be provided as they are received.

• The beach is open and guests can get a chair, umbrella and towel from the beach attendants as necessary.
• Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards.
• Bathroom facilities are located across the street and are separate from Singita's bathroom.
• SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly wth SeaShed for changes to opening days/times), providing an option for meals and drinks (additional costs apply).
