Tasteful mahogany, furnishes this colonial style six-bedroom six-bathroom villa that offers a foyer with high ceilings and marble floors on entrance from the Koi Pond bridge. The entrance level provides access to two identical en suite cottages located on the eastern and western wing of the property. They are nestled on an upper level and are completed with king size beds, closets and french doors that open to small private balconies overlooking the lush tropical gardens. The second level houses two en suite master bedrooms with covered private furnished terraces offering envious views of the nearby golf course and spectacular evening sunset. A cozy entertainment room with a flatscreen television is found on this floor.
The french doors on the lower level open to an expansive deck equipped for BBQ and outdoor dining. Two en suite bedrooms can be accessed on this level where an infinity pool falls center in the deck with lounger and umbrellas on its perimeter. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen is located on this level with a large living area for entertaining. Holetown and the nearest Beach are a short 8 minute drive. While in Holetown you will have access to the shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and craft (souvenirs) and plenty dinning options to choose from.

Resort Membership
This home comes with Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, golf course, driving range and Mullins Beach Club) subject to payment of a $10 per person per day resort fee (under 16s exempt). Guests are able to play as many rounds of golf as they like with Full Membership, but Unaccompanied Full Member's Guest or the Twilight green fees would be applicable when using the golf course, all other facilities are covered entirely by the daily resort fee.
Wild Cane Ridge 2 offers full golf privileges which allows each guest of the villa to purchase up to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 8:10 AM and 4:30 PM daily.
Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach (Hurricane Beryl)
Please be aware that due to damages sustained during Hurricane Beryl, Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach is closed indefinitely. Updates will be provided as they are received.
- The beach is open and guests can get a chair, umbrella and towel from the beach attendants as necessary.
- Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards.
- Bathroom facilities are located across the street and are separate from Singita's bathroom.
- SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly wth SeaShed for changes to opening days/times), providing an option for meals and drinks (additional costs apply).
